One of the things that occurs to me as watched this video is how prevalent the Triangle is in our lives. (Read more on the Triangle here). When I am focused on the “problems” in my life I tend to be on the Triangle. I most definitely cannot find gratitude when I’m there dancing on the triangle. When I can come from a place of being 100% responsible I can be grateful for the challenge and the opportunity to grow. When I’m able to be free from the drama of the triangle I not only find gratitude, but curiosity, clarity, grit, grace and love as well.
